Please get in touch with us or email us if you are not certain that it is the exact part, as incorrectly ordered parts will not be paid back in full. Each incorrectly item ordered will be refunded minus postage and handling costs.

By accessing our ebay shop and purchasing an item or placing a request you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Manor Auto Salvage Ltd is unable to acknowledge any accountability or responsibility at all for any parts or services purchased or for any loss or damage that may come as a result from their use following purchase.

Manor Auto Salvage Ltd will allow a minimum guarantee of 30 days and only the parts named on the Invoice will be covered by Manor Auto Salvage Ltd guarantee/warranty.

When ordering engines from Manor Auto Salvage Ltd, customers must say if ancillaries are needed. If the customer has made a request for a complete engine, which means, the head, block and sump, it does not mean with ancillaries such as alternator etc. these are sold separately.

All engines bought from Manor Auto Salvage Ltd must have a new timing belt//chain /cam belt and given new oil when the engine is being fitted. Failure to comply with this requirement will leave Manor Auto Salvage Ltd guarantee null and void.

Please note Manor Auto Salvage Ltd places its own stamp/initials on each part sold, elimination or tampering of these marks will nullify your guarantee/warranty.

Any parts which Manor Auto Salvage Ltd believes to have been tampered with, opened or been interfered with in any way without our prior knowledge will leave the warranty null and void.

All parts should be inspected thoroughly on delivery before signing to make sure that the part has not been damaged during the period of delivery. If goods appear to be damaged, do not sign, do not accept delivery and contact Manor Auto Salvage Ltd inside 1 working day. This is to allow Manor Auto Salvage Ltd to make a claim against the courier service if necessary.

 
If the delivery driver does not give the necessary time to allow you to look at the part, sign but scribble out any wording which means the part was received in good order.

Refunds will only be made by Manor Auto Salvage Ltd once the parts have been returned to our premises but upon our discretion we may refund otherwise.

Gearboxes must be supplied with new oil during installation. Failure to do this will result in the warranty being rendered null and void.

 Manor Auto Salvage Ltd will not be held accountable for the refund of goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for as in good condition.
